One night only, Santa comes around.
With a massive sack of presents slung over his back, I hope I’m not on the naughty list. I can’t go back to bed I’m trying ever so hard even just to get a glimpse of Santa Claus. I accidentally fall asleep, I missed my chance but Santa left me a letter saying “nice try, I’m Santa Claus, you can’t trick me”. Maybe next year I’ll get him!
And Santa flies off in his sleigh. “Ho Ho Ho, merry Christmas to one and all.”
William! You have definitely got the blogging bug and got it bad! I’m getting used to settling down in the evening and reading your blog with a cup of tea and this one was a real treat. I remember the quandary of trying to stay awake but knowing I should be asleep but I don’t think you’ll ever trick Father Christmas!
