Henry the hand

Once there was a hand called Henry from the moon hand that orbits the planet Body. Henry spent his days in his shop called Sweets and Things. Hand was a boing place every thing was beige but sweets and things was red, blue and yellow. So one day Henry climbed in his space ship and came to Earth. When he landed on a shop he saw a giant otter monster sent by king Harry of Hand. Henry jumped of the shop and got out a ice gun he shot the otter with it and it tripped up and it died. Then Henry opened a Sweets and Things on earth.

Hello Lewis. Thanks for sharing your blog. I did get a bit confused with the Henrys, Harrys and hands but I think I understood your story. I think the idea of a planet Body is really clever. I wonder if it’s got any other moons…

Hi Lewis, I was fascinated by the theme of your story but unlike your previous blogs, I struggled to follow who was who. Do take time to review your work before posting it on the Blog. If you read it back to yourself, preferably out loud , it will help you spot errors, also descriptions that are confusing. I hope this comment helps!

Lewis, this is a fascinating story and I am intrigued about the inspiration for your ideas. I wouldn’t be surprised if Henry takes offence at King Harry of Hand sending a dangerous otter to prevent him setting up business on planet Earth, and never returns to his home planet. I am curious why you chose an otter as an accomplice baddy in your story; they’re usually reputed as being cute and cuddly creatures but it made it entertaining to read. Check you have used ‘of’ correctly – should it be ‘off?’
